At the same time the U.S is imposing stricter visa restrictions and enforcement measures on Nigerians.
So what exactly is the strategic logic in building the worlds largest consulate in Nigeria while simultaneously trying to reduce the volume of visa and consular services it provides to Nigerians to the barest minimum?
